Luci stepped into the show ring at 6 ½ months of age and won the Group and Best Puppy in Show. With very limited showing, she placed in Group several times, aside from another Group 1st and Group 1st at the Dryden Puppy Classic. She has produced a Best Puppy in Show winner under Nigel Aubrey-Jones Illions Amazing Grace (Grace), and Grace's sister Can. Champion Illions Blaze of Glory, and from her last litter, Can. Champion Illions Dragon in the Ivy and Can. Champion Illions Incorrigible Dragon.

Luci is not only a winner in the show ring, but also competes in agility. She has 2 Novice NADAC legs, and a leg towards her Novice Jumpers title. Novice trained, she visited the obedience ring in April of 2002, and placed 2nd in her class with a qualifying score of 190½. In November 2003, she earned her second leg, and in March 2004, completed her Companion Dog title!!!

Wanting to continue to go out and about, Luci became the first pekingese in Canada to earn a Rally Obedience title. Not only did she earn 2 rally titles, she also got a HIGH IN TRIAL with a PERFECT SCORE!!! to finish her advanced title at the tender age of nine years old!  

She exemplifies the versatility of this amazing breed that is overlooked. Clicker training has opened up endless possibilities to her repertoire of tricks and eagerness to work. She has been an exceptional mother and producer.
