Studio offers an opportunity for
interested dog owners to learn how to train their pets into lifelong compatible
companions in a quiet one class at a time atmosphere. Classes are offered for
all levels of training, and all ages of dogs, by experienced trainers with a
genuine interest in helping you achieve the most from your dog through
motivational Our location on Brock Street allows us to hold 2 classes at a time, either entering Door 1 or Door 2 from our parking lot on Tarbutt Street. These classes are separated by a sound muffling curtain, allowing for an easy listening and learning environment. Our
classes are small, and allow for individual attention from our knowledgeable,
qualified instructors. Private lessons are available. If interested, please inquire. Classes Available Puppy
Pre-School is a 6 week class for the very young (9 to 16 weeks, proof
of vaccinations a must) this class introduces your puppy to others, where they
learn to socialize with other people and Have a look at the fun of Puppy Pre School! Puppy
Kindergarten class is for puppies
ranging from ages 3 to 6 months, filled with info on how to raise and train your
puppy through constructive play, discipline, socialization and the beginning of
basic obedience. Beginners class is for dogs 6 months and over, who have not had previous training. Basic commands taught - heel, sit, down, stay, come, stand. The Whiz
class is for dogs successfully completing the Puppy K program. This class gives
a sturdy foundation for dogs in their basic exercises and prepares them for
Advanced Novice. Beginner Novice class is for dogs successfully completing Beginners. This class gives a sturdy foundation for dogs in their basic exercises and prepares them for Advanced Novice. Advanced Novice/Trial Ready Novice classes are steps towards proofing for reliability. Trial Ready offers precision related exercises for dog and handler on their way to a competitive obedience trialing career. Dogs begin jumping and other advanced exercises. Open/Utility
refines jumping skills and dogs learn to retrieve. A dog must be stable at all
previous levels to begin "Companion Dog Excellent" training, and have
a steady open background to begin utility training. Show Handling
is offered evenings and on Saturday morning. The morning class allows you to
drop in but payment is made for a full set of classes, but you can attend when
convenient. Because weekends are busy with dog events, you must call 767-5242
the night before to ensure there is a class the Teach your dog to think! Clicker classes offer a new concept in dog training, and help nurture your relationship with your dog in a very unique way.
